Open MoodSee and tap any emoji on the mood scale (1–10). Optionally select symptoms from the chips below. Tap "Save Entry" — that's it! Quick log takes under 10 seconds.
Go to the Medications tab (pill icon) → tap the "+" button → choose from preset ADHD medications or enter a custom name → set dosage, time, and reminder days → tap Save.
Make sure notifications are enabled: go to MoodSee Settings → Notifications → check that "Medication Reminders" is ON and "System Permission" shows "Allowed." If it shows "Not Allowed," tap "Open System Settings" and enable notifications for MoodSee.
Your data is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, it syncs automatically between your Apple devices via CloudKit. Deleting the app will remove all local data. Cloud backup features are planned for a future update.
Go to the Settings tab (gear icon) → Appearance section for theme and accent color → Typography section for font, text size, and letter spacing. Changes apply immediately.
Yes. You can delete individual entries by swiping left in the History tab. To remove all data, simply delete the MoodSee app from your device. Since no data is stored on any server, deletion is complete and permanent.
